As a lover of food, I wanted to write a story not just about food, but the people behind the dish. Twice a year in Syracuse, a pop-up food event called My Lucky Tummy brings together the various cultures that inhabit the city over a plate of delicious food. I road around with Adam Sudmann, the creator of the event, and talked with some of the chefs behind the food. I pitched the story to Syracuse.com and the result is below.
